派錢事件之看法

近日鬧得滿成風雨的「未成年少女賭場贏錢事件」，最終在政府書面通知金沙派彩後告終。

總之港澳傳媒的觀點，香港的傳媒，特別是「生果」報紙都鼓吹那名港女告上法庭索償，完全從香港人的利益角度出發; 反觀澳門的傳媒對社會較有責任感，著重探討派彩後所引發的社會問題。事實上我個人是反對賭場對該少女的家長派彩的，他們說這是在沒有欺詐的情況下贏錢。但事實上，由一進入賭場那一刻已經是欺詐賭場「我是十八歲」，而且已屬遺法，在遺法的情況下贏錢又怎能計算在內? 但他們則反駁說，如果輸掉了錢，那賭場賠不賠? 前幾天和友人聊天時，他提出了這個觀點: 「我們在賭場賭錢就好像和賭場簽了一份合同一樣，而贏輸就像是交易，現在有人違反了賭場的規距，故所有的交易也應該作廢，不輪贏或輸。」還有一點是，該名港女未成年進入賭場已經不對，但竟反指賭場沒有查他們證，故這是賭場的責任。打個比喻，難道殺了人後就把責任推卸到警察上，說他們沒有阻止你殺人嗎? 簡直是歪理!

而最重要的是，派彩後會引發的事。正所謂「有一必要有二」，今次派了，下次又遇到同樣事件，他們又不會是拿這次的案例出來，要求賭場派彩? 雖然現在政府亡羊補牢，採取嚴厲措施以阻止未成年人士進入賭場。未來數個月或者可以嚴厲執法，那一年後，十年後呢? 還會堅持逐個逐個人查證嗎? 雖然今次只是第一次，但當人們知道了即使未成年贏錢，賭場也會派彩後，他們還不帶同自己的子女混水摸魚進入賭場碰運氣? 只要一突破了大門的防線，誰也可以賭了。那時只會出現更多更多的問題。「一子錯，滿盤皆落索」就是這個意思。

綜合以上各點，我是反對賭場對他們派彩的。可是政府好像為了澳門的形象，而放棄了原則，所謂的「未滿十八歲禁止進入賭場」已變得形同虛設了。

It’s suck that macau gov make this decision, it seems they are afriad of the media, which will affect the reputation of macau. But this decision-making is really dumb! The ability of Mac Gov is dropping like a falling star, using their incurable brain jamming up tons of straw….

i am not entirely sure about this but I think Casino are by law obliged to stop anyone who is under 18 from entry. In other words, the obligation is lying on Casino, not the guest itself. Following your argument, Casino has breached the agreement with the Macau Government and it could be possible to see its gambling license ceased.
Actually, what’s Gov. explanation on still handing over the prize?

The Gambling Affair Committee of Macau Gov COULD NOT decide which department should implement of the punishment or enforces relevant law, what the heck have they done in the last 6 years?
